  • How do I take the next step?
You can connect with us directly here, or if it feels more comfortable, feel free to reach out directly. helpnow@caligrief.com
  • Can I use my insurance?
While we do not accept insurance directly, we are happy to provide a superbill for clients to submit to their insurance provider for potential partial or full reimbursement. Our aim is to make the process as accessible as possible, ensuring clients receive the support they need.
  • How long does grief support take, and when can I expect to start feeling better?
Grief support looks different for everyone—some people find that just one session brings enough relief, while others may lean on therapy for several years. Healing doesn’t follow a set timeline, and how long it takes to feel “better” varies from person to person. The important thing is to give yourself the permission to move through your grief at your own pace, whether that means brief support or a longer journey.
  • Does everyone need individual or group during a loss, change, or transition?
Not always. Grief is a deeply personal experience, and there’s no one “right” way to move through it. Some people find healing in conversation and connection—whether in therapy or a group. Others may lean on family, faith, nature, journaling, or quiet rituals that help them feel grounded. That said, if your grief feels especially heavy, isolating, or disruptive, support from a professional can make a meaningful difference. You don’t have to go it alone. If you’re wondering whether grief counseling or a group might help, we invite you to reach out and talk it through with us.
