Grief work is hard work. We all need help.

You deserve to live a life that's peaceful and meaningful, even after a loss. We understand the complex feelings and psychology of grief.

Feelings may get more intense before they start to ease. Reaching out for help can offer some relief right away (especially if you're really struggling).

Avoid a big crash.

"Grief waves" can become overwhelming for us all. For some, daily life becomes about waiting and surviving. Holding on too long without hope can lead to a crash of some kind, such as depression or thoughts of self harm. "Life is bearable even when it's unbearable. That is what's so terrible. That is the unbearable thing about it." ― Geoff Dyer

It can actually start getting better now with support.

Grief educators and counselors, in many cases, come to this work because of their own life experiences. The opposite of grief is connection.
